Terms of Privacy

1. General provisions

1.1 These Privacy Terms (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the basic principles and procedures according to which the Seller (hereinafter referred to as “We”) processes the personal data of visitors (natural persons) (hereinafter referred to as “You”) to the www.ledinis.lt online shop located at http://www.ledinis.lt (hereinafter referred to as “www.ledinis.lt”).

1.2 The personal data that You provide on www.ledinis.lt will be processed in accordance with these Terms, the requirements established by the Republic of Lithuania’s Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, and the other legislation of the Republic of Lithuania regulating the processing and protection of such data.

1.3 We undertake to sell goods to natural persons who are not less than 16 years old. If You are under the age of 16, You can only buy our goods with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. The processing of personal data

2.1 We recognise and value the constitutional right to privacy of every natural person who visits www.ledinis.lt and uses the services provided thereby. Any information that is related to personal data, and that is provided by the Buyer in order to place an order, is considered confidential and will not be made public.

2.2 We may collect and use your personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, email address and other information specified in your online store www.ledininis.lt registration form) in order to:

• process Your search and order requests on www.ledinis.lt and your orders for goods and/or services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”);
• resolve problems related to the presentation or delivery of the goods;
• fulfil other contractual obligations.

3. The processing of non-personal data

3.1 Your non-personal data, i.e. data related to the services purchased through your online store www.ledininis.lt, may be used for statistical purposes. In all cases, such processing of statistical data will not allow us to identify You, directly or indirectly. 5.1 We reserve the right to store information (known as “cookies”) on Your computer when you visit www.ledinis.lt. The information stored is useful to You, in that it:

• makes using www.ledinis.lt easier;
• ensures that You do not have to re-enter Your data every time you visit www.ledinis.lt;
• ensures that Your settings on www.ledinis.lt will be saved for Your next visit.

You can remove this information from Your computer, or block it completely, by changing the settings in the Internet browser on Your computer.

6. Submitting and updating personal data

6.1 The Buyer has the right to change and update the information that has been provided in the registration form.

6.2 In order for Us to be able to efficiently execute Your inquiries and Service orders, You must provide complete and correct data about yourself in the registration form, and must update the data immediately in the event of any changes. If You provide false, inaccurate or otherwise misleading data, We reserve the right to cancel Your registration and to delete the data or restrict Your access to www.ledinis.lt.

7. Third party websites

7.1 We shall not be responsible for the processing of your personal data through third-party websites, nor shall we be responsible for the privacy conditions and activities of these pages, even when you access these websites via the links in the online store www.ledininis.lt.

7.2 We recommend that You become acquainted in detail with the privacy terms of each website You visit that does not belong to Us.

8.1 For the processing of Your personal data, We use secure technical and organisational measures which will ensure the adequate protection of this personal data against its accidental or unlawful destruction, modification and disclosure, as well as any other unlawful form of processing.

12.1 We reserve the right to change these Terms, in part or in full. We will inform you about such a change on www.ledinis.lt, and/or via the e-mail address you have given us.

12.2 If You use www.ledinis.lt after these Terms have been changed, it will be deemed that You agree to the changes in the Terms.

13. Final provisions

13.1 These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

13.2 All disputes that arise shall be settled by a mutual agreement or – if no such agreement can be reached – in accordance with the procedure provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
