What do I need to make a lighting fixture from an LED profile?

Depending on where and how you will be mounting the profile, you will need the following:

• Aluminium profile or architectural profile
• A plastic cover for the profile: these come in aluminium or architectural types
• An LED strip
• A power supply

You may also need (depending on the type of profile):

• End caps
• Mounting clips or adhesive tape for affixing the profile
• Sealant, if the profile is being mounted outdoors
• Cables for hanging the profile
